Example instructions to give an agent
Fill in the brackets, then paste it as one task.
Draft a proposal. Work in the folder I selected. In this folder: - call-notes.txt: my notes from the call with [prospect name] - price-list.xlsx: my services and prices - 2 or 3 past proposals I've won (use them for format and tone) 1. Research [prospect website] and any public pages about them: what they do, size, locations, recent news. List your sources. 2. From my call notes, pull out: their problem, goals, budget, deadline, decision maker. 3. Write the proposal in the same structure as my past ones: summary, their situation, what we'll do, timeline, price, next step. 4. Price it ONLY from price-list.xlsx. Offer 3 options: basic, recommended, premium. Show the math. 5. Save as proposal-[prospect]-[date].docx in this folder. 6. Then give me: 3 questions I should ask before sending, and anything in my notes you couldn't use. Rules: don't invent results, testimonials or prices. Mark anything you're unsure about with [CHECK].
