1. Sign in at chatgpt.com on a plan that includes agent mode.
2. In a chat, open the tools menu (+) and pick Agent mode, or type /agent.
3. Describe the whole task and the result you want, like a spreadsheet or a filled-in form.
4. When it asks to log in to a site, take over the browser and sign in yourself. It pauses for your OK before purchases or sending.
