Job: chase my unpaid invoices. Work in the folder I selected.

Every week I put a file called overdue.csv in this folder, exported from [QuickBooks / Xero / FreshBooks / my spreadsheet]. It has: client, contact name, email, invoice number, amount, due date.

1. Read overdue.csv. Work out how many days late each invoice is as of today.
2. Write one email per client (group invoices if a client has more than one):
   - 1-14 days late: friendly nudge. Assume they forgot.
   - 15-30 days: firm and polite. Ask for a payment date.
   - 31-60 days: direct. Mention my terms: [e.g. 1.5% monthly late fee per our agreement].
   - 60+ days: do NOT draft an email. List it for me to call.
3. Every email: subject "Invoice [number] - [amount] past due", the amount, the due date, how to pay ([payment link or instructions]), under 120 words, signed [your name].
4. Save all drafts in one file: reminders-[date].docx, one email per page.
5. Make summary-[date].xlsx: client, invoice, amount, days late, stage, action.
6. At the end, tell me: total overdue, how many emails drafted, how many need a call.

Rules: never invent an amount, date or fee. If a row is missing data, skip it and list it under "Needs a look". Do not send anything.
