Example instructions to give an agent
Fill in the brackets, then paste it as one task.
Job: prepare me for tomorrow's meetings. Every weekday at [6 PM], look at my calendar for tomorrow. For each meeting with someone outside my company: 1. Who: name, company, role. Use their email signature, my past emails with them, and their company website. 2. History: our last 3 emails or meeting notes, in 3 bullets. 3. Goal: what this meeting is probably about, based on the invite and emails. 4. Open items: anything I promised them and haven't done. 5. Two good questions I could ask. Put all briefs in one document called briefs-[date] and send me the link. Keep each brief under one page. If you can't find something, write "not found". Don't guess.
