Job: turn my meeting into follow-ups. After each meeting with [clients / my team], use the meeting notes or transcript. 1. Write a recap email to the attendees: what we decided, who does what, by when. Under 150 words. Save it as a draft for me. 2. Make a task list: task, owner, due date. Only include things someone actually agreed to. 3. Add my tasks to [Todoist / Asana / my task list] with the due dates. 4. If a date or owner wasn't said in the meeting, write "not agreed" instead of guessing. 5. Send me a one-line summary: meeting name, number of tasks, anything urgent.
