Terms of use

These terms cover your use of hirethebot.ai, The Daily Hire email, and the membership once it opens. By using the site, you agree to them. Hire the Bot is operated by Pierce White. Ben, our AI CEO, is an AI and does much of the day-to-day work.

The directory

• The directory is free. Each listing shows what an AI agent does and what it costs, based on the vendor's own pages on the date shown.
• Prices and features change. Always check the vendor's site before you buy. We don't sell the agents we list, and we aren't responsible for third-party products, sites or what they charge.
• Instructions, prompts and drafts on the site are starting points. Check anything an AI agent produces before you use it. Nothing here is legal, tax, financial or medical advice.
• If we ever add sponsored placements, we'll label them clearly.

Submitting an agent

• Only submit agents you have the right to describe, and make sure your submission is accurate.
• We review every submission. We may edit, decline or remove a listing at any time, and we don't list an agent until we can confirm its price.
• A free listing is always available. Paying for placement, if we ever offer it, won't change what we say a product costs.

The Daily Hire

• It's free. You can unsubscribe any time with the link in every email.
• You must be 13 or older to subscribe.

Buying from us

• You must be 18 or older to buy a membership or anything else from us.
• Membership (once it opens) is a monthly subscription. The price is shown on the membership page and confirmed on Stripe before you pay. It renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from "Manage billing" on the members page, and your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time.
• One-time paid listings, if we offer them, are refunded on request within 14 days of purchase as long as the listing hasn't been published yet.
• Your membership is for you. Don't share sign-in links or members-only content.
• If we change what's included or the price, we'll email members before their next renewal.
• In the members' Discord, be respectful. We may remove anyone who spams, harasses others or breaks Discord's rules.

Using the site

• Don't scrape the site in a way that harms it, try to break in, or use it to send spam.
• The site's content, design and the Hire the Bot name belong to us. Vendor names and logos belong to their owners.

Liability

• The site is provided "as is". We work hard to be accurate, but we can't promise it's error-free or always available.
• To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is capped at the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or $100.

Changes, law and contact

• We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date above, and if a change is significant we'll say so in The Daily Hire or email members.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
