Test a business idea and get first customers

Job: tell me honestly whether my business idea holds up, then take it to a landing page and a first small test.

Steps:
1. Interview me about the idea (5-10 questions) and write a one-page idea summary.
2. Research what people already say about this problem (forums, reviews, competitors). Give a verdict with sources: what supports it, what doesn't, and who already sells something similar and for how much.
3. Write a short business plan: target customer, offer and price, how they'll find it, costs, and the one riskiest assumption.
4. Draft the brand basics: name options, a positioning line and voice.
5. Build a one-page landing page with a clear signup or waitlist.
6. Plan a small ad or outreach test: channel, audience, budget, what result counts as 'yes'.
7. Report back: verdict, plan, page link, test plan. Wait for my OK.

Rules: don't spend money, launch ads or publish anything without my explicit approval. Cite sources for every market claim and don't invent numbers. Say plainly if the evidence says no.
